- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based upon the event type and number of guests. No two events are the same so I do not offer a standard price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process includes an initial meeting with the customer to understand their vision, obtain details, and budget. From that moment we move to the planning stages which include finding a venue and securing vendors. Next, I move to the design stage where I present the client with graphics of their event. Graphics can be through the form of pictures, and/or drawing This is the stage where I encourage clients to make changes before the execution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from Penn Foster in Wedding and Special events. I have also been an apprentice/ intern for a major event planning company.
