I am conflicted as I write this review because I know everyone has to make a living. However, my experience with Doug yesterday was so bad I thought I was being pranked. He did change the light bulbs in my garage and I’m thankful for that. Perhaps the job I needed was more than he was qualified to do. I’m not sure. He even took a photo of me without my permission to show me what it looks like in night vision or “thermal something something” or whatever technology he was talking about. After six hours of foolishness, including an almost two hour run to Home Depot, I finally put him out because I was fearful of the damage he may have been causing to my home and it was evident he was not qualified to do the job. I’m not saying he shouldn’t be hired, I’m just sharing my experience and the fact that I will not be hiring him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70 for Service Call. $65 an hour for an Electrician, $110 an hour for a crew. Minimal mark up on material or if Customer prefers to buy themselves, I will provide a full and complete list. $175 for a home energy audit and electrical infrared inspection, $1100 a day for an Infrared and Electrical Safety Inspection on a commercial or industrial facility.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work to build trust first of all. I am always honest and give multiple options and give my professional opinion of how to solve your issue the best, most cost efficient, and safest way possible. I will never try to sell you something you don't need or lie to you to make my pockets. I am here to help people not work them over.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NICET Certified Power Testing Engineer, Master Level Infrared Thermographer, 5 year IEC Journeyman equivalent graduate. NEC 2018 Updates and Changes from the IEC, Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UGA.
