Justin came out to follow up after a system repair. Within 15 minutes of my after hours service call text to the repairman that set up my repair work, Justin was in my driveway. He was on time, fast and efficient. I am very pleased with the service I have received.

Scotty was great! Our AC went out on a Sunday night and One Hour Repair sent him out right away and he worked on our unit until it was fixed. Clearly he knows his stuff and we were lucky he was able to get it working that same night. Have great advice for up keep as well. Highly recommend.

I literally can't put into words how phenom this company and the tech Jeremy were!Great communication, responsiveness, and professionalism...and surprisingly didn't break the bank! Had an emergency AC repair done and Jeremy was super knowledgeable and friendly, and upfront about what he was doing and why. Honestly wish more businesses would operate this way!

I used One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning last week when my AC unit just stopped cooling the house. They were able to get a technician out same day and repaired the issue. The technician Jeremy was very nice and knowledgable. I highly recommend using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a great experience.

I've called One Hour Heating and Air a few times now. Each time, Justin has serviced my AC and Furnace. (Note: I have 2 units and it's been a different issue because of the age of my units). Justin's been straightforward, to the point, and has been on time and easy going but professional. Give them a call! Scheduling is easy and everyone's been great!
