On two occasions I have contacted Elite Heating and Cooling after regular business hours on behalf of my elderly parents. In both instances Elite Heating and Cooling arrived promptly, conducted a thorough diagnosis of the issues with my parents' system, explained the issues in a manner they could easily understand, provided reasonable quotes for multiple repair options for them to choose from, and performed quality repairs very quickly. The technician was professional in appearance, very polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Elite Heating and Cooling provided excellent follow-up service when my father had additional questions and even came back out a few days later to ensure their system was functioning properly. I would highly recommend Elite Heating and Cooling to anyone seeking the absolute best in heating and cooling installations or repairs.
