- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to Mr. V appliance repair we try to make a difference. We charge per national price, guide book, and all of our prices are in the market value. We also have senior discounts military discounts and first time client discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls the main office we answer the call and greet them. We collect their first name address and email address and put them in the system. Talk over all the problems that the unit has an informed decline on the process of the appointment being scheduled call usually takes three minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified commercial and residential. Continuous education on new products that evolved over time.
