- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very flexible pricing. I understand times are hard and will work with customers so we both are happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want customers to feel comfortable. I help them understand the problem and give them available options for a solution. I explain the process and if they will face any inconvenience. lastly I advise them of ways to prevent problem from reoccurring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent my early years working under a master plumber learning the ends and outs. Then I went to a trades school for certification. I've been working as long as I can remember. learning new things all the time.
