The Plumb Hero is an amazing company. They are extremely communicative, down to earth, and knowledgeable. When I needed a new water heater, Jaron came out quickly and took his time explaining the problem and step by step solution. He even created a work around until he could come back the next day to ensure I had hot water! On the day of installation, I wasnt able to be home so he took a video after the job was complete explaining the system and texted it to me. The team did an excellent job with the install (made sure it was up to code) and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They ensured I was happy with the result and that all of my questions were answered. I will continue to use them as my plumber from now on!

Josh is a true gentleman and professional. His pricing is competitive and he stands by his work. I have used him twice; he’s replaced my sink and did maintenance on my toilets. I will be using him for all future repairs.
