If I could give Josh with The Plumb Hero 100 (and more) I certainly would! OUTSTANDING service, honest, reliable, great communication, and go over and above what anyone else would do. The Plumb Hero is an amazing company. They are extremely communicative, down to earth, and knowledgeable. When I needed a new water heater, Jaron came out quickly and took his time explaining the problem and step by step solution. He even created a work around until he could come back the next day to ensure I had hot water! On the day of installation, I wasnt able to be home so he took a video after the job was complete explaining the system and texted it to me. The team did an excellent job with the install (made sure it was up to code) and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They ensured I was happy with the result and that all of my questions were answered. I will continue to use them as my plumber from now on!

The Plum Hero techs are truly amazing! If you want to learn more about your equipment while they are in the process of troubleshooting this is the perfect scenario. They booked an appointment for us next day and alerted us an hour in advance. We didn't have to sit around waiting for them to show because of their notifications. Dillon patiently explained EVERYTHING that there is to know about my exact tankless model. He gave me invaluable information and left the choice to me instead of hard selling me on services that I may or may not need. They are such valuable resources! I will be looking to them going forward for my home and business plumbing needs.
