The Plumb Hero is an amazing company. They are extremely communicative, down to earth, and knowledgeable. When I needed a new water heater, Jaron came out quickly and took his time explaining the problem and step by step solution. He even created a work around until he could come back the next day to ensure I had hot water! On the day of installation, I wasnt able to be home so he took a video after the job was complete explaining the system and texted it to me. The team did an excellent job with the install (made sure it was up to code) and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They ensured I was happy with the result and that all of my questions were answered. I will continue to use them as my plumber from now on!

Joshua was able to come out and diagnose that I had a bad sump pump and replace it with a pump that was a lot more friendly on the ears. Work and communication about what needed to be done was great I would definitely work with plumb hero again.
