As stated before, I'm sorry about the top lock not being latched, the front door was in fact locked but with the lock box attached to the front it was something that was overlooked. We would never leave a vacant house unlocked. And also, as I explained, the process through Wise Tack financing - it was explained to me that we can add on the processing fee that Wise Tack charges us for our customers using their financing options. In our conversation I explained that I would touch base with Wise Tack and see what was going on and as soon as I spoke with them, I told you that fee was waived and not to pay it. I zeroed it out on the invoice. Unfortunately, as a company, we have to watch out for ourselves as well and cannot complete a lien waiver until the grace period of 60 days is over for you to ask for a refund through Wise Tack or to have any complaints about the job. Obviously, there is no lien, nor will there be, considering you have been emailed a paid in full receipt which should satisfy anyone's needs to show you are in good standing with your contractors for this house remodel.
