I had a leak around my window trim. We've had rain almost every day lately, and last night the floodgates opened! I called today and Mr Fixit came right over in about an hour. Mr. Fix It was very professional and filled with courtesy and concerns for his customer. He is an active listener. This is a very good attribute to have when communicating with customers. His work quality is great. He does walk throughs with the customer to make certain the work is done to their expectation. He offers to return if for any reason something needs adjusting. He is very patient which is just one more added attribute for his character.
