- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each job has different demands which is why pricing for each job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is the same with every customer. Provide the best possible service, make sure the customer understands what I'm doing, and to do exactly what I say I'm going to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a two year electrical trade school degree in which I graduated at the top of my class, I did an additional 4 years of training at the IEC and graduated at the top of my class (Again), I have a non-restricted electrical license in the state of Georgia which means I can work on anything. I have an extensive customer service background and a broad understanding of what excellent customer service looks like. It is my goal to provide you with the best service you've ever received anywhere period.
