Zoe and I truly appreciate Shampooch Grooming. Zoe looked absolutely adorable after her grooming. More importantly Zoe wasn’t traumatized by the grooming. We’re both happy to have Shampooch Grooming as our personal Groomer.

My pricing is based on size and weight of the pet I charge a travel fee which is by mileage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is I get all the pets information as well as the person information and Then I set up an appointment. I charge a travel fee which is due upon booking the service.
