Our pricing is quantity based. Meaning, the more you purchase, the less it'll cost. We also charge for complexity, so, for example, the more colors in a screen printed design the more it would cost! Customers should be aware that we do not typically have any additional fees, such as digitizing or setup charges. Most of our standard orders do not require any additional fees. However, in the rare event that a specific order necessitates such fees, we make it a priority to inform the customer immediately. Transparency is at the core of our pricing policy, and we aim to keep our customers informed throughout the entire process. It is important to note that we do offer rush services for quick turnaround and emergency orders. We understand that some situations may require expedited processing, and we are prepared to accommodate those needs. In such cases, a rush fee may apply to ensure that we can meet the customer's urgent requirements and deliver the highest level of service. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here's a step-by-step outline of how we collaborate with our customers: 1. **Inquiry and Requirements Gathering**: The process begins when the customer reaches out to us with their specific requirements, including the products or services they are interested in and their desired timeline for delivery. 2. **Quotation**: Based on the information provided by the customer, we prepare a detailed quote outlining the cost of the requested products or services. This quote will be sent to the customer for review and approval. 3. **Quote Approval**: Once the customer receives the quote, they have the opportunity to review it and ensure that all their requirements have been accurately captured. If they are satisfied with the quote, they can provide their approval. 4. **Invoice Generation**: Upon receiving the customer's approval, we proceed to generate an invoice that reflects the agreed-upon pricing and terms. The invoice will include the payment options and details on how to make the payment. 5. **Payment and Confirmation**: The customer is expected to make the payment according to the invoice's instructions. After the payment is received and confirmed, we proceed with the order fulfillment process. 6. **Mockup for Approval**: For custom or personalized orders, we create a mockup of the products or designs as per the customer's specifications. (Unless otherwise stated but the customer) This mockup will be shared with the customer for their final approval before proceeding to production. 7. **Production Queue**: Once the customer approves the mockup, for standard orders, the approved order is added to the production queue. Our team starts working on fulfilling the order promptly. 8. **Order Completion and Notification**: When the production is complete, the order will be ready for pickup or shipping, depending on the customer's preference. In either case, we promptly notify the customer, providing them with all the necessary information related to their order's status and delivery. 9. **Delivery or Pickup**: If the customer opted for shipping, we arrange for the shipment of the order to the provided address. Alternatively, if the customer prefers pickup, we ensure that the order is ready for collection at the designated pickup location. Throughout the entire process, we maintain open communication with the customer, keeping them informed at each stage. Our aim is to deliver exceptional products and services while ensuring that the customer's expectations are met and exceeded.
