- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair pricing for our services. Slightly less than the majors, but still fair to both the customer and owner. See the results and the work required for cleaning and you will understand the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new and existing customers, I ask for a grand tour of the areas cleaned, ask about the problem, goal, and expectations of the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2021, our owner operator has been a technician for the largest carpet cleaning company. Having done 5+ jobs a day, that's over 100 homes a month and thousands over several years. How many carpets, homes, surfaces have you seen and cleaned? That's why you call an experienced professional.
