- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonably priced and negotiable based on circumstances. I have a travel fee that will be added after contact and more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking preliminary booking questions, seeing that customer has been informed of services, then following up with a detailed email of conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although photo boothing does not require formal training, as it is hands on learning, I am familiar with DSLR usage and self trained software use.
