Brandon called me and set up my appointment by phone and text. Came in and did a visual assessment, talked through features of the wood stove, and cleaned it thoroughly. Answered all of my questions and gave advice on how to get the most heating efficiency from my stove. Will use him for all of my wood stove needs. Very impressed and pleased with the work.

Brandon was able to come and service our outdoor fireplace. We previously had another vendor come out that supposedly fixed it but it wouldn’t stay on for more than 15 minutes. After having them return two more times it wasn’t working at all. We were hesitant to hire someone else but really wanted to enjoy our fireplace this fall. Brandon quickly came out, assessed and fixed everything. We have been enjoying the fireplace since he came out. We will hire him again to service the indoor fireplace so we can use it this winter.

Brandon was right on time! He came over the next day at the specified time. He was in and out! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved how convenient it was. We felt the price was reasonable for the service and turn-around time. We got a quote from another Thumbtack referral, they were $50 less expensive, but their service wasn't friendly or prompt, the guy took forever to respond to my text (after he texted me), and he couldn't come look at our chimney until 10 days away. No thank you! Brandon was worth every penny! We'll call him out for our next cleaning. I would absolutely recommend him.

I love setting up quick phone conversations with my client to make sure that I would be a good fit for their project. An to make sure that I clearly communicate my intentions and services.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a Home Inspection for first time buyers who did not live in state nor had they seen any pictures of the property. Due to the crazy Real Estate market here in GA they put in a blind bid and relied on my report to make their decision. It took me 3hrs and I inspected every inch of that home. My report helped them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
