We do load calculations to properly size systems and duct work for proper airflow and balance.
AIR DUCT CLEANING.
We do a thorough inspection of air ducts and blower compartment before starting the cleaning process.
Deep cleaning of RETURN and SUPPLY ducts with whip and/or rotor brush.
Strong vacuum used on supply ducts.
Cleaning of the furnace/air handler which almost all duct cleaners are NOT licensed or skilled to work on.
We have the equipment to do condos/high rise apartments.
During inspection of blower compartment, we ascertain whether the blower wheel needs cleaning and get the customer’s approval before performing the task, because an additional fee is charged for this service.
We use air scrubber(s) during the cleaning process.
