I had my 3 piece sectional cleaned. Mike was very nice and I was excited about getting this cleaned. At the time I had a house cleaner that I was showing around to my home so I wasn’t able to be full attentive to the couch cleaning process. It smelled amazing and to be precise it smelt like Fabuloso. Now that my couch has dried we can clearly see that the couch was not taken apart into the three sections that it comes in and it looks like I have dried up dirty water all over the couch. It looks horrible and I did not get a reply to my message when I reached back out to Mike. I’ve wasted money and now I have to find someone else to clean my couch.

cleaned sectional on Wednesday. customer calls me on New year's Eve and says sofa still dirty. I respond the next morning and reclean sofa including parts of sofa that she did not unlock before to get that area
