If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mike cleaned three sofas, a large chair and an ottoman for just slightly more than I paid several years ago for ONE sofa, and with far better results. He'll be back in a few days to clean our carpets. He is certain that he can remedy stains that a highly-publicized local carpet cleaning company was unable to remove in two tries. His work ethic and professionalism is exceptional, and the results are amazing.

every service request is different so i can usually give a quote on the phone when i listen to the work request

i listen to what their needs are and if i cannot give a quote on the phone i will go out and give a free quote at the residence
