Mr. Shawn was OUTSTANDING! He came to my home on and not only walked me throught his inspection, but explained how to improve on my investment for pennies on the dollars. He was a professional with very high standards and checked for leakes, heating and air concerns as well as the regular checklist. When I had made an error, he returned to the property to fix the problem at no additional charge. My goodness, who does that? Don't hesitate to hire this one, for excellence is his middle name.
