We had Phillip come out on Friday to look at a pump that needed to be replaced in our waterfalls. He gave us an estimate and said he would be back Monday to replace the pump. On Monday he sent a message ( see below) saying he was busy and may need to reschedule and he would let us know later that day. That’s the last time we’ve heard from him. I’ve sent him a couple messages asking when he was coming and I left him a voicemail asking him to give me a call with no response. This shows a total lack of professional courtesy. If he decided he didn’t have time for us he should let us know, not ignore us. Tim T

We confirmed an arrival time of 9:00/9:30(offered by Prestigious Ponds) the day before they were to come. At 9:50 I messaged them about if they were still coming and did not receive a response. Around 10:30, I messaged them again that I assumed they weren’t coming & that I wish they had communicated with me if things had changed. I have yet to receive a response. I understand that my job was not an all day job, but some consideration for their client would have been greatly appreciated. I would have been more than willing to be flexible. I’m just very disappointed. This was a terrible first time Takl experience.

All estimates are free, and the price will vary on the job type. I offer a warranty plan on all pond builds as long as you only use me for all maintenances and seasonal clean outs. I offer commissions on all business referred to me for water feature installations and re builds.
