Cozy Home is truly what they do. After cleaning my gutters, Luis recommended that my gutters need to be replaced and also to add gutter guards due to it age. They new gutters are awesome and they look great and so much easier to maintain between the deep cleaning that Cozy Home will do going forward. I am extremely satisfied with the gutter guard and minor roof repair work done by Luis from Cozy Home Construction. I had Luis remove a couple of old gutter guards that were failing and replace them with micro mesh guards - adding guards to the rest of my gutters. Additionally, he repaired part of my roof. He was on time for the estimate as well as the workday. His estimate was spot on for the work involved. He kept me up to date with the progress and was happy to answer any questions that I had. I saw evidence of the quality of his work just yesterday as we had a huge rainstorm - everything worked great. He did not leave until everything was well-cleaned up and showed a high degree of professionalism. He also gave me excellent advice on how to keep them maintained and any future issues I may have with my roof.

Luis and his team arrived when he said they would and clearly explained what they were going to do. They cleaned our gutters and blew all the pine needles and leaves off the roof. They took special care to not get stuff in the pool. In addition they repaired a roof shingle that had come loose. Great service, great price, and overall a great experience.
