Early in August, my roommates and I needed a house within three weeks. We called around to a few agencies, and Alan picked up immediately. Within the hour, he was sending me listings. He was very friendly and informative. Within a few days, Alan was walking me through tours of potential home choices. He was quick to point out red and green flags. It didn't take long for us to settle on a choice, and even though a management company handled the documentation from there, Alan remained attentive and accommodating until the deal was struck. Many realtors have been in business for years, but Alan bundles his experience and knowledge with exceptional service and kindness.
