- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the square footage of your property. It's difficult to give a customer an accurate quote without having pictures or personally coming to their home and walking the property. Some companies will always give you a lowball quote, get to your home and increase the price. We think that's a poor practice, so we avoid it at all cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to address the customers concerns before we get started. Walking the property and setting the expectations. That way it gives us the opportunity to meet or exceed everything the customers desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 19 years and hundreds of customer hands on experience. If it's outside and dirty, I've more than likely have cleaned it many times over.
