As a person who already has a musical background I was hesitant about music lessons. What more could I learn? MUCH! Yanni and I have a wholly different style and background, but we both share a love for the piano. She continues to help me progress in my abilities with the piano and makes the learning experience fresh for me, connecting what I know with what what is being taught. She comes fully prepared with a new plan for each lesson, but has allowed me to set the pace of my learning, making sure I’m comfortable with the material before moving on. I sincerely sense her desire to have me grow in my musical abilities which is encouraging. Additionally both Yanni and Mr. Rice have been great in accommodating my schedule. It is a great to have a musical experience that centers around my needs musically and mentally which has allowed me to thrive. Highly recommend.
