I have been training with Julian Holiday close to 2 years now and I have seen amazing results. I wanted to feel stronger and over time, i have gained strength and more.
Julian is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he is always willing to tailor my workouts to my individual needs. I've had knee problems in the past that he is always mindful of.
Julian is also very motivating and encouraging, which has helped me to stay on track with my fitness goals. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Working with Julian has been great! His flexibility in training is impressive. He gives you work outs to fit your needs as well as your capabilities yet he also challenges you to push yourself to your full capacity. He is also very attentive to your day-to-day activities and helps find alternatives or opportunities to improve your schedule and diet. I highly recommend him as a trainer if you’re looking for quality and consistency!
