You never communicated that you had a time sensitive matter or I would have informed you that I don't promise to deliver the affidavit on the same day as service. You only know that I was at the courthouse on Thursday because I told you that. It's strange that you mention that but fail to mention that the only reason you know that I was at the courthouse is because I called your boyfriend to inform him that I saw his Wife at the courthouse and that she verbally comfirmed that she received the documents. That was to help his case and was not something that I was required to do. And no, I couldn't get it notarized then because it wasn't ready. The affidavit has to be typed out and printed in order to get notarized. Due to other obligations and my schedule, I couldn't get that done on Wednesday night, so it was not typed up on Thursday morning while I was at the courthouse. Also, you didn’t pay extra for the notarization, that was a courtesy. There's no law that requires the proof of service to be notarized. In addition, I spoke to your boyfriend on Wednesday night and offered to send the affidavit to him without it being notarized but he said he would wait. That's when I informed him that I could have it notarized and delivered on Friday. So, he could have had it back on Thursday but he wanted to wait. On Friday, there was a state of emergency due to a snow storm and every business was closed. There was no way for me to know that every business would be closed. I actually still went to the bank on Friday morning to get it notarized, despite the state of emergency and very unsafe roads, but they were closed, somehow, you didn't mention that part. On Monday, the morning hadn't even started before he was texting me. Before noon, I had another 2 text messages and a phone call from him. Followed by another phone call from you, directly after he had already contacted me repeatedly. Not to mention, I had already sent him the notarized affidavit by text and had sent it to the both of you by email prior to you calling me in addition to his multiple text and calls. So, yes, when I spoke to you, I let you know that I was overstimulated. If you call that "sass", then consider other people's agendas and understand that you shouldn't behave with such entitlement. The entire city was shut down for 3 days, you are not my only client, there was much for me to do Monday morning. You and your boyfriend tagged teamed me and bombarded me with your unfair requests despite my over communication and successful completion of the job you paid for. I went way above and beyond on this job and completed a service in 5 days (with 3/5 being weather or weekend days) that the Sheriff's office couldn't complete in 3 months but you leave me a 4-star review. So, you are leaving a 4-star review after I completed a service nobody else could, after receiving an additional complementary service that was delivered within the timeline that you agreed to and requested, and due to a snow storm and business closures, which I have no control over.
