These guys are incredible! I have moved many, many times, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The estimate I was given was fair and accurate, and my final cost was within what I was quoted. They worked VERY hard and were extremely efficient. They wrapped everything and took great care with all my possessions and did it quickly. They did not stop except for a couple of short breaks. There were no hidden costs and Matthew went over the bill in detail when they were done. I can’t say enough about these guys. If you need movers and want complete professionalism and the best moving experience ever, trust these guys. You will not be disappointed!

We were very satisfied with Dominic and Matt!! Dominic was very responsive and updated me as the time approached. Through out the move they were sure to communicate details and most importantly any issues that arose. We had an awesome experience and we highly recommend Golden Movers!!

Dominique & his employee were SO good!!! I hired from NJ to help my mom in Douglasville & within hrs they were there!!! My mom says it was like her own grandson’s came to help!! They were prompt, professional, & do very good quick work!!! He’s reasonably priced & already have Dom’s company booked to come back after holidays & help my mom again!!!! Thanks Dom!!!!

I’m giving them 2 stars because of the actual work they did was good. However, they embellished a little about what came with their pricing when I was deciding to pick someone. They tell you what you want to hear and then change it up later. I let them know that I needed them as early as possible. No later than 9am. They showed up almost 3 hours late. I needed 5 movers then went down to 4 movers because of my budget and paid for 4 movers and they only came with 3. So that lets you know that I needed 4-5 movers because I wanted everything to be done in one day. If I’m deciding between 4-5 movers, why would you bring 3 and show up 3 hours late. Because of this I had to fly back to Atlanta the following Sunday which they agreed to do the rest of the work then. Up to 48 hours before Sunday I’m reaching out, no response until the night before. Again, I told them I need to start as early as possible. They said they’d call me mid morning. That’s too late. I have ended up having to book with someone else to finish the job that they poorly handled. They ended up costing me more money, but more importantly, my time. Avoid at all costs

Thank you for your honesty and great business , we also aim to gather enough information to be fully prepared but customers do tend to leave out certain items and that resorts in maybe more wrapping for protection or a full disassemble with-ought notice can take a little extra time .
