- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is at a pro-rated hourly rate with no hidden fees. In addition, we offer military and senior citizen discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take customer satisfaction serious within our company, as we like to gather as much detail as possible regarding the requested services. Once that information is taken, we then provide our best pricing based on the details provided. We are at an hourly basis, however if the customer only has a small number of items moving, then we charge at a flat fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees go through an extensive background check, as well as having a required minimum of 3 years of experience in moving and trucking.
