Great experience, fair price, very easy to coordinate. I had to add scope at the last minute and Lalo was easy to work with, gave me a fair price for added work instead of jacking up the price.
Very happy with the work quality of cleaning stone deck, concrete walkway, concrete landscape steps, and a painted wood exterior wall.

I'm very impressed with the washing service I received for my home today. I needed a few areas done, rather than entire house, and Lalo was very accommodating with schedule and pricing. The crew took care of making sure no damage occured during the cleaning process and now my house is sparkling clean! Would recommend!!

Lalo’s was one of the most responsive businesses on Thumbtack. We were able to easily get to an agreement on scope and time of work. They showed up on time and were very efficient and organized. They cleaned the driveway from mold, as well as the front side of the house and the stoops on the front of the house! I am very satisfied and I would hire again and highly recommend.
