- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices I give depend on what the client needs. For holidays, I can give discounts if the client wants frequent services as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients I try to get my clients to give me a deposit so that we can guarantee the work. If they cancel the same day they ask for it, if they cancel 5 hours or less I'll give them the money back. It's a way to guarantee the work.

I've been in this job for quite some time now and I think I'm well acquainted with what I'm doing. My reviews speak for me.
