I'm in the construction industry from 1976 .As a Home Inspector little over ten years including other states and five in Georgia. I'm certified by PHHII and NACHI Insured by Hartfield Insurance .All my inspection comes with a free Mold and Termite inspection at no cost. I also can do Radon ,Septic Tank ,Pool , Lead Paint , Asbestos inspection with a reasonable price . Like meeting and helping people that's why my prices are affordable . If you want an honest, competent, And efficient inspection, look no further than ALOHA. Kevin's work and professionalism was outstanding. He really took the time to explain in layman's terms what needed to be done with the house. He was honest and thorough. My lender was extremely satisfied with Kevin's performance as well. Kevin does not nickel and dime customers. He offers radon testing which is really important for homeowners. He realizes that the cost of buying a home can be crippling and he takes all situations into consideration. I rarely write reviews but I had to let everyone know about how exceptional aloha inspection services are in Metro Atlanta. This is an honest review. Thank you so much Kevin!

I'm buying a new construction home and my builder is a little strict when it comes to an inspector's credentials. Kevin provided all the documents and qualifications that the builder requested. He arrived a little late because of the address issues but started working as soon as he got there. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and pleasant to work with. He did all the necessary checks and informed me about any minor stuff that had to be repaired. As promised, he sent out the inspection report the same day. I would recommend him in the future.

Kevin was great. He was early, by the time I had gotten there (which was also early) he had already inspected the roof. At first I was like there's no way but as we started going through the home and in the attic.. I knew he had really been up there. Kevin's very knowledgeable and personable, detailed oriented (with no pen/paper) I knew for sure he was going to forget something but when we got the report sure enough he had everythingredients documented. Not only did he remember everything we discussed earlier had taken not of things I didn't realized he noticed. Kevin takes the time and explain EVERYTHING to you. I would definitely recommend is services
