Aggie Property Inspections showed up on time as promised and did a detailed inspection of all windows, doors, gutters and downspouts as requested. The report prepared was very clear with pictures, including recommendations to fix identified issues. This report will allow me to get bids from contractors to implement ther repairs and/or repayments included in the report.

Barrington was absolutely the best! I selected him, reached out and he responded within minutes. He promptly set up an appointment time that worked well for both of us and was on point in his thorough and detailed assessment of my request. I'd had some major attic repairs done and was just not comfortable with the finished product. This was out of my range of knowledge and I needed to know that the work was up to standard. He provided me reassurance as well as pointed out areas that should be attended to. He also provided me a written assessment with pictures AND video that supported his findings. I am fully pleased with his work, professionalism, and value for the job. I highly recommend him and will certainly pass along his information to others in need of services such as his.
