My First Ring to Tommy was picked up and he was picking up his kid from school. He scheduled an appointment to come see my garage a day later. He was professional enough to recommend a free estimate instead of me explaining the issue. He explained me what could be the reasons for the complaints I relayed to him. Instead of quoting a price he gave free estimate option and then decide the path of fixing it. I really liked his reasoning and was very knowledgeable about Garage Doors. The day later he showed up as scheduled and identified the issue as wiring issue in couple of minutes. He Fixed it and was nice enough to not charge any fee as it did not require any parts to be placed. I liked the professionalism. I am extremely pleased to have reached out to Tommy of Alpha Door Corp. He was punctual and delivered his value. I would always call him for my future garage door fixes.

We have MANY promotional, seasonal, and random discounts available through out website, or by simply asking anyone of our staff over the phone or in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers receive a complimentary consultation where we provide a free estimate for the project or a free replace vs repair comparison analysis. ZERO service charge, ZERO trip charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have over 50 years of experience in the industry, with at least 8 years of experience per person. Although there are no required license for the garage door industry, we are Pella Garage Doors certified, IDEA certified, Liftmaster Certified and many more. This means that anything we install for you, not only gets warrantied by us, but by the manufacturer as well.
