He kept me informed of his arrival status. He had all the tools he needed to repair the bed frame successfully using the original parts and securing the frame slates. Once he completed that job he replaced an outlet cover and changed the ceiling fan bulb. He is very handy and friendly. He did excellent work.

His communication was great, and he was able to come earlier than scheduled. During the installation, there was a need for an additional part to secure the fan. Ivan was able to get the part and finish the job. I would highly recommend him and his services.
