RNG Heating was the first to respond to our project request by calling. He came in to see what was wrong, got the materials needed and came back to fix it after driving for hours though it was late at night. He did not want us to sleep in the cold. I appreciate the degree of expertise, his humane nature and willingness to do go work. Our heater is back on and his pricing was very very affordable. I will reach out again for any HVAC issues. Ray was great! He was available the same day, even late in the night. Fixed the AC with a capacitor issue, checked all the levels and even cleaned out the drain out. Great work, would definitely use again in the future for maintenance and for any issues. Thank you!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new customers is very simple. I charge $80.00 to diagnose your issue/come out to your residence. I meet with the customer and explain the whole process of the job from diagnosis to repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Air Conditioning Technology, i possess the epa 608 universal certification and I'm a Nate certified technician. ( Nate id : 8190377)
