Alex is amazing! My entire gym team is well versed in CPR AED Training and we feel ready to save lives in an emergency. She tailored the program around our specific concerns, ran through compressions with every member of the team, and got us our certifications shortly thereafter. It was a fun, educational, and efficient lesson! Thanks Alex!

Alexandria was very informative and professional she had no problem answering questions the class was delivered in a timely manner and it was fun and lots of laughs her and her assistant was great would definitely recommend to anyone!!!
