Billy Butler was amazing. I had just closed on a new house and my first evening in my new home was stressful in that the AC was not working. I called very late after 8 PM and received a prompt response from customer service. They actually tried to come out to me even that late, but a previous job held him up until this morning.
He came out promptly on Saturday afternoon at my convenience and got my problem addressed and rectified. I have a new HVAC relationship. I am extremely pleased. Get at Billy Butler for all your AC needs.

I reached out to Billy Butler Heating and Air Conditioning because one of our AC units was not cooling the house. I booked an appointment the same day and received a call back which almost felt immediate. Billy and his son came on time and was able to determine the cause of the problem. They also checked my other AC unit and found it was headed in the same direction of the nonworking one. Thankfully he had all the parts needed and was able to complete the job same day!!! We are now back in the cool air and so grateful for their expertise. Billy explained, answered all our questions and showed each step of the process which helped us understand all what was needed instead of assuming. I will definitely utilize their services again! Thank you so much for a great experience and getting us back to cool 😎😎😎

Mr Butler and his son were great! I enjoyed talking with both of them.They diagnosed the issue immediately and explained everything up front including cost and time before proceeding.I will definitely recommend these gentlemen to friends and family.

Lifesaver! Our System went out 2 weeks ago my warranty company sent someone out to check it and they would not replace the motor due to certain circumstances that we were unaware of and they never called us back to inform us of this. We did a follow up call to see when they would be coming back out and at that time was advise that it was not going to be covered. I jumped on thumbtack after being advised of this and read reviews of several companies but when I came across Billy Butler Company the reviews were awesome but the hours were the best ever along with his availability to fit us right in on the same day. Everyone else only had appointments on 6/22 and further out and I could not wait any longer. As soon as I submitted my request on 6/17 Amy responded within minutes. She was polite and very attentive to our request. She kept me updated on ETA and when Mr. Billy arrived he did his assessment told us what was needed took the old parts with him brought the new part back and fixed our unit within minutes. Understand working from home in heat I wish that experience on no one ever! Thank you Billy & Amy Butler for your promptness and attentiveness to your customers! You have gained one more for life! Thank you for your service!
