I am distraught and in deep regret that I even considered this company. Not only did they try to bait and switch me, the technician disconnected my kitchen sink plumbing after he installed the dishwasher, which in turn led to a flooding with extensive water damage to my property. Furthermore, he was condescending and snappy. Is this because I called you out when I caught you in a blatant lie? Or is it because I kindly asked you not to take my brand new dishwasher installation kit with you? Is this the 'thank you' I get for supporting a small local business?

No diagnosis walked in looked at refrigerator didn’t even put the back panel back on correctly then gave me a price of $1000 to fix it !! Total rip off !!
