- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IBL's pricing is very competitive to other companies without compromising on quality and professionalism. All client's are royalty regardless of budget. We're constantly running promotions throughout the year to highlight different holidays and occasions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically send a message to introduce ourselves but most importantly list ways we can be of service to you. We're really big on being personable and adding simple touches that really speak to the client. Face to face conversation, text, email, video chat, or phone call, no matter the form of communication you prefer, we love for you to know who you're working with and what we can do for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school and obtained a Masters in Psychology. I worked as a therapist for over 4 years and have been blessed to leave my job and pursue my true passion, being creative!
