- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to better understand the customer's needs. Then we will set up a specific time to meet at the location to walk through all of the different part of the projects. At that time, we will go back through making all measurements and notes. Finally at that appointment we will provide the customer with a written quote. We are always present at the start of any project to make sure that the project is in alignment between the customer and the painters. We never ask for full payment until the project is complete and satisfactory with the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers - home owners, renters, office owners, commercial owners and any others.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What makes us different than many other painters is that we provide written quotes with a lot of details about your project. We will show you how many coats of paint are included, the manufacturer and product line of paint, and line item every repair and task that we have discussed. We do this so that there are no surprises along the way. Additionally, we provide a 2 year warranty on all of our work.
