Service paid for on 1/7/24 was not received. I paid for a deep clean. The refrigerator was not cleaned at all. Mirrored furniture was not cleaned. The product used in the shower stained the grout and they have not sent someone to clean it, even after multiple requests. Mind you the home has been vacant/New and unused so their weren't stains prior to this service. They said “it would be fixed on the next clean” which is in one month. The cleaner only had 3 products, their vacuum cleaner did not work, and the had a towel wrapped over a stick as a mop. Quality of product gets zero stars.
