My experience at Soul Body Energy started out very professional. She asked me if I had any experience with Reiki before. I told her no and she proceeded to go a little in-depth about what I might experience. She talked about feeling subtle sensations and making sure I was in a quiet location away from distractions. I appreciated her talking about that beforehand and the expectations and misconceptions so I could truly know what I was getting myself into lol. My session was very relaxed and comfortable. I truly felt like an invisible weight was lifted, even for that moment during my session. I would absolutely recommend based on my experience and I can't wait to have another session!
