- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a service call to come out and diagnose the repair needed and provide you with a cost. We charge at a rate of $69/hr and most jobs are completed in an average of 1.5 hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to us with a repair or installation request we schedule them for an appointment. Appointments are typically made for the same day or at a day and time that works with the customers schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have extensive training and experience and our training is ongoing with product changes available. Our master technicians have 35 years and 15 years experience. All of our technicians work together utilizing our App, FaceTime and live calls between one another on any job that has unique issues.
