Hello! We are Ali and Terry with Ali's Personal Chef Service. We are a family owned and operated business located in Kennesaw, Georgia. We have had a background in the food industry for a total of 21 years. We put a lot of thought into your menu, everything from color, to texture and taste, foods should work with each other not compete. There's no enjoyment in that. We love working with a client in designing a menu for your specific event. We put our heads together in customizing your menu to suit your taste. We then love the shopping, at local stores, farmers markets and at times specialty stores. This allows me to purchase the freshest ingredients possible for the event. We focus on making the experience pleasurable and assisting in removing the stress from the planning process.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic Allison and her team were. Leading up to the event, she was very professional and responsive in helping to plan the perfect menu. On the day of, she arrived on time and was so prepared to execute everything. We had several issues with our venue (unrelated to her services) and she navigated them (and helped us navigate them!) with patience and was an asset to us. To say that she went above and beyond to make our party special would be a huge understatement. Most importantly, her food is incredible. Every single guest at our party made a point to let me know how amazing the food was. The spinach artichoke dip is the best I’ve ever had! My guests were so blown away that several have already asked for her information to use her services in the future. Allison and team, thank you so much for your professionalism, patience, kindness, and delicious food. The next time we host an event, there is no question as to who we will use for catering.

Allison did a fantastic job with catering our wedding reception, and we are so grateful for her hard work and dedication to making it a perfect occasion. Ali and her husband Terry are genuine, good hearted, nice people who are a pleasure to work with along with their staff. Always professional yet personable and willing to work with you to provide the type of event that fits your needs and budget. We had a catered dinner for up to 205 people at our church and it all went flawlessly and the feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive regarding the food quality and service. This was our second year using Ali and her team and we look forward to doing it again next year!

Ali and her team were fantastic to work with. APCS catered a wedding in our home for about 50 people. They came in, set up, cooked, served a buffet style brunch and cleaned up when we were done. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. Ali is a 5 star person and runs a 5 star business. I highly recommend her as do all of my 50 guests.

Chef Allison and her husband were absolutely top-notch in everything that they did, from meeting at the venue and discussing and planning room set up, their extensive menu offering based on the type of food that I wanted, laying out a time lone for when they needed food selections, # of attendees, meetings, etc. We even had an extensive meeting just before my event to discuss every detail and wrap up loose ends. In addition to the catering services they helped me with another vendor when I needed to rent equipment. Chef Allison had a great way of reassuring me that everything was going to work out just fine with my party. They are super personable people yet professional and respectful in everything that they did. I would definitely give them A+++ and I hope to use their services again in the future. I wouldn’t want anyone else to cater for me after meeting them and being fortunate enough to have them assist me with my BIG and most important 70th birthday celebration. 💗💗

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my catering services, each job is different based on factors such as clients budget, and type of service the client wishes. We currently accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards as forms of payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new customer in person as I feel it best we meet each other, have a conversation which allows us to discuss what their vision is for either an upcoming event or my cooking in their home. By doing so we cover everything and I'm able to prepare and customize menus to suit their palate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having owned a catering company with my husband in the past we were successful for catering to parties both large and small
