Hello! We are Ali and Terry with Ali's Personal Chef Service. We are a family owned and operated business located in Kennesaw, Georgia. We have had a background in the food industry for a total of 21 years. We put a lot of thought into your menu, everything from color, to texture and taste, foods should work with each other not compete. There's no enjoyment in that. We love working with a client in designing a menu for your specific event. We put our heads together in customizing your menu to suit your taste. We then love the shopping, at local stores, farmers markets and at times specialty stores. This allows me to purchase the freshest ingredients possible for the event. We focus on making the experience pleasurable and assisting in removing the stress from the planning process.

Allison did a fantastic job with catering our wedding reception, and we are so grateful for her hard work and dedication to making it a perfect occasion. She was attentive to our needs and wishes, and went above and beyond in every way. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was immaculate. We are so happy, and highly recommend her for any special event.

Ali and her husband Terry are genuine, good hearted, nice people who are a pleasure to work with along with their staff. Always professional yet personable and willing to work with you to provide the type of event that fits your needs and budget. We had a catered dinner for up to 205 people at our church and it all went flawlessly and the feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive regarding the food quality and service. This was our second year using Ali and her team and we look forward to doing it again next year!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience hiring Allison and her team for our rehearsal dinner. The attention to detail, the quality of the food served, and the presentation of the buffet were top notch. I especially appreciated the complementary planning meeting that Allison offered. Ali and her team were fantastic to work with. APCS catered a wedding in our home for about 50 people. They came in, set up, cooked, served a buffet style brunch and cleaned up when we were done. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. Ali is a 5 star person and runs a 5 star business. I highly recommend her as do all of my 50 guests.

Chef Allison and her husband were absolutely top-notch in everything that they did, from meeting at the venue and discussing and planning room set up, their extensive menu offering based on the type of food that I wanted, laying out a time lone for when they needed food selections, # of attendees, meetings, etc. We even had an extensive meeting just before my event to discuss every detail and wrap up loose ends. In addition to the catering services they helped me with another vendor when I needed to rent equipment. Chef Allison had a great way of reassuring me that everything was going to work out just fine with my party. They are super personable people yet professional and respectful in everything that they did. I would definitely give them A+++ and I hope to use their services again in the future. I wouldn’t want anyone else to cater for me after meeting them and being fortunate enough to have them assist me with my BIG and most important 70th birthday celebration. 💗💗

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my catering services, each job is different based on factors such as clients budget, and type of service the client wishes. We currently accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards as forms of payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new customer in person as I feel it best we meet each other, have a conversation which allows us to discuss what their vision is for either an upcoming event or my cooking in their home. By doing so we cover everything and I'm able to prepare and customize menus to suit their palate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having owned a catering company with my husband in the past we were successful for catering to parties both large and small
