- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my catering services, each job is different based on factors such as clients budget, and type of service the client wishes. We currently accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards as forms of payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new customer in person as I feel it best we meet each other, have a conversation which allows us to discuss what their vision is for either an upcoming event or my cooking in their home. By doing so we cover everything and I'm able to prepare and customize menus to suit their palate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having owned a catering company with my husband in the past we were successful for catering to parties both large and small
