Dean is a very nice, professional guy! He arrived on time for my early morning appointment. He reviewed the areas I wanted cleaned and got right down to it. Because of the parameters allowed by thumbtack setup, I was not able to explain the job correctly. He came out, immediately recognized my problem and arranged for the proper equipment and personnel to come back today to finish the job. Looks beautiful and I'd never have believed it. I recommend them highly and will use them again.
