Dean is a real pro. He was very responsive throughout the process— sending text and email confirmations, reminders, etc. He also sends a message the day of the cleaning to let you know he is en route. It’s those little things that make a huge difference to me and cut my stress, especially as I am moving into a new home and have to deal with many different contractors. On the day, Dean was friendly, professional and efficient. The carpets and tile look great. We will absolutely have Dean back to clean our floors. Highly recommend.

I couldn't believe my eyes. My downstairs carpet was really dirty, dog stains and just plain on stains it was really bad. I was thinking that I would have to replace the carpet that's how stained and dirty it was. When Dean finished I went downstairs to look to take a look. WOW! it looked as if I did replace the carpet. I am so glad I waited to see what Dean could do with before replacing it. I use Thumbtack a lot and I always base my decisions on the reviews + prices. In that order. Thank you! Very Happy Customer!

Dean is OUTSTANDING! Experienced, Fast, and customer oriented. Cleaned carpets on stairs and rugs I thought I was going to have to replace -- Not now after Dean's Cleaning. I had forgotten how bright and white the colors in my area wool rugs were. Fantastic job... Thank you Dean!

Nice fellow. He showed up at agreed time. Owns his own truck and very powerful well maintained equipment. Did a fine job on a tough, dirty carpet. I definately will use him again. Very reasonably priced too.
