My main goal is to build a lifetime relationship with my customers restore your property with our top notch mitigation process. The best part about what I do is meeting great people on a regular basis. Dean is great! I had a different sketchy, unprofessional company back out on me day of my scheduled cleaning and so I went searching again and that is when I found Dean. I explained that I had someone back out and I desperately needed a cleaning before Thanksgiving. He responded super quick with a nice voicemail and I only had to wait a few days before he could come out! He was on time, he got all my stains out, it smells very nice and he was done quickly. I have a TINY issue and that was the price escalated a little bit due to a room size misunderstanding so I wasn't really prepared for the extra cost, but oh well, it was good work. I am satisfied and will use him again!
