FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a per session rate. However, I do provide session discounts for clients that purchase a program versus a single session. I also have a new client rate for the first two months of coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a strategic approach to coaching and leading. It is important to set goals and monitor progress in order to see what works and what does not work. When working with new clients, my first goal is to perform a needs analysis for long-term goals. Each area of the program—current health status, fitness ability, nutrition, etc.—is assessed before goals are set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through the ISSA and hold a BS in Sports & Health Sciences with a concentration in Athletic Performance from American Military University. I am also working toward my certification as a CliftonStrengths Coach. In addition, I am pursing a second BS in Biopsychology, in conjunction with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. I plan to also complete a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program, en route to specializing in Sports Medicine after becoming board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
