My dryer stopped heating properly while I was doing laundry yesterday (Sunday), so I Googled appliance repair in my area and booked an appointment online for today with Mr. Fixer. Online booking said it would be an $80 diagnostic fee. No problem. The arrival window was set for 4pm to 8pm. Totally fine. Today at 7:32pm, Oleg arrived at my house. I knew his name and more precisely when to expect him because I received a text to let me know. Very nice. He was pleasant, professional, and quick to get to work, covering his shoes upon entering the house. Oleg had the dryer assessed, circuit breaker off, and dryer disassembled in MAYBE 15 minutes. He confirmed it was indeed the heating element that I suspected, got the part from his van, installed it, and had the dryer reassembled in maybe another 15 minutes. After settling the bill, he was out the door by 8:09pm, and my dryer is back in working order. 10/10 would definitely recommend Mr. Fixer, especially if you're lucky enough to get Oleg. He was great!!

Kosta was the tech who addressed my LG refrigerator issue. Troubleshooting skills were excellent. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Had part, replaced and tested. I would highly recommend Kosta for repairs. He cleaned up the area too.

The repair was completed efficiently and at a very reasonable price, significantly cheaper than I feared. They even cleaned up the mess they found! I will definitely use this service again and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need of timely and effective appliance repair.
