I had a leak in the skimmer, I found Alex’s company and sent him request for a quote. He responded very quickly and gave me a quote based on me sending pictures of the pool and texting all the concerns. I tried to negotiate and his response was “I don’t negotiate”, my thought was he must be proud and confident of his work. That in itself made me feel very comfortable with hiring him ( of course all the reviews I read helped me with my decision). I will say this, this guy is no joke. Very particular about his work. No rush to get the job complete. He took his time and his crew is fantastic. They all are very professional and cares about quality of the work they do. Very honest, in fact I was thinking of replacing pump and he suggested not to do it but recommended couple things instead of replacing and he took care of it at no cost. Alex: it was pleasure doing business with you. I will pass your info to my friends and family! Thanks
