1. Standard Notarization Fees Per Signature Fee: ($15 per notarized signature). Bulk discounts for 10+ signatures or documents. 2. Travel Fees Base Travel Fee: $50 within a certain 10-mile radius). Additional Mileage Charges: $20 for locations over 10 miles away). There will be an additional fee of $50 for after-hours, holidays, or urgent requests (IMMEDIATE) 3. Appointment Scheduling Once we’ve agreed on the details, I’ll schedule an appointment at your preferred location and time. I’ll send a confirmation of our appointment details so everything is clear. 4. Preparation for Your Appointment To ensure a smooth process, I’ll remind you to: - Have all the documents you need notarized ready. - Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport). - Ensure all signers are present (if required).
