What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are just estimates. Once the project starts if there are additional concerns they will be brought to your attention. We do offer military discounts to our active duty and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting new customers, we greet the customer, ask and listen to their concerns and needs. From there we evaluate the conditions and prepare our report.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training in this field for almost 20 years, 10 as an apprentice and 10 working for myself.
