- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not always be the very cheapest price around, but we will always be fair with you. We are willing to negotiate and work something out that will work for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
what we like to do is speak with you on the phone to discuss your particular circumstances, we've been set up a time and date to come to your home ( by the way if we say we will be there, we WILL ALWAYS be there. In the very unusual circumstance that some emergency would arise we would communicate that to you. Doing what we say we will do and showing up when we say we will is the very basis of our every belief!) We then go over the job, negotiate a price that we are both comfortable with and go ahead and do the work right then and there in a timely and efficient manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad, Steve Bridges, has over 40 years experience with carpet installation, restretching and repairs. Myself, Charity, has been working on and off with my dad really my entire life but full time for the past 8 years and we are now partners with myself taking the lead in the business.
